This petition has been filed, seeking certain directions, to provide protection to the petitioners and to take legal action against the respondents. It transpires that there are multiple disputes, pending between the petitioners and the respondents, who are relatives and these disputes relate to commercial shops opened by them, in their neighbourhood. Due to various incidents, cross-FIRs have been registered.

Counsel for the petitioner states that, there have been incidents of assault on some of the petitioners, as well.

Needless to state, if such a complaint is filed, the investigating authorities will take steps in accordance with law. 4.

Notwithstanding, the SHO of P.S. Jyoti Nagar will ensure through personnel, that there is consistent reconnaissance of the relevant area so that no untoward incident takes place.

Contact number of the Beat Constable of the concerned area, shall also be provided to the counsel for the petitioner, in order to contact in case any untoward incident or threat is perceived. 7.

Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions. Pending applications, if any, are also disposed of as infructuous. 8.
