At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petition may be dismissed as withdrawn but liberty may be granted to the petitioner to seek their other remedy available in accordance with law as observed by the court while deciding their WP(C) No.1261750/2006 on 23.05.2007. In the circumstances, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with such liberty.
