CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE INDERMEET KAUR
O R D E R
% 19.07.2016 The petitioner's grievances are largely addressed but his submission is that the drainage pipe going from the second floor to the ground of the suit property is clogged and blocked. It has been blocked by cement and mortar and as such it may not be possible on the part of the petitioner to get clearance effected. He accordingly prays that respondent No. 2 be directed to do the needful. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 submits that this is largely a private dispute between the petitioner and respondent No.3 and respondent No. 2 is being made to play a role of private contractor.
Be that as it may, since there are several orders which are already enuring in favour of the petitioner, respondent No. 2 is directed to ensure that the drainage pipe going from the second floor to the ground floor, if blocked, shall be un-blocked. This order shall be complied with by respondent No. 2 within an outer limit of four weeks from today. Needless to state that the petitioner and respondent No.3 will fully cooperate with respondent No. 2 at the time when the aforenoted task is undertaken.
No further orders are called for on this petition. It is disposed of.
