% 31.05.2017 CM No.21387/2017 This is an application seeking early hearing of the writ petition. Noting the contents of the application and the learned counsel for the respondents have no objection, the application is allowed. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Mr. Arun Yadav, on instructions from the father of the minor petitioner states that he would not like to pursue the petition and shall withdraw the same provided the respondents give to the petitioner, the mark sheet of Class 12, the result of which has been declared by the CBSE

respondents 1 and 2.

Mr. Bansal states the mark sheet has been given to the respondent No.4 School. Mr. Arun K. Sharma states, as per his instructions, the respondent No.4 School has not received the original mark sheet from CBSE. He also states as and when the mark sheet is received from the CBSE, the same shall be forwarded to the father of the minor petitioner. Mr. Bansal states necessary steps in this regard shall be taken within one week from today. On receipt of the same, the respondent No.4 School shall forward the mark sheet to the petitioner within 10 days thereafter. Mr. Yadav states there are other documents, which need to be given to the petitioner by the respondent No.4 School. He also states, a representation in that regard shall be made within one week. Mr. Sharma states on the representation, all necessary documents shall be given to the petitioner within 10 days from the receipt of the original mark sheet from the CBSE. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The date of 31st August, 2017 stands cancelled.
