% 26.09.2016 In terms of Hon'ble Court order dated 17.08.2016, the notification under Section 4 of Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act 2015 (DHC Amendment Act) read with High Court's office orders dated 24.11.2015 & 25.07.2016, this suit is required to be transferred to the subordinate Civil Court of appropriate jurisdiction. Accordingly, the valuation of the suit property is less than Rs 1 crore and the suit property is situated at Paschim Vihar which falls within the jurisdiction of West District.

In view of these circumstances, let the matter be sent to the Ld District & Session Judge, (West District) Tis Hazari Court. Parties be directed to appear before the Court of Ld District & Session Judge (West District), Tis Hazari Court on 03.10.2016.
