By way of the instant application, the applicant/petitioner seeks direction of this Court to respondent no.1/State to comply with order dated 07.11.2025 passed in above-captioned writ petition. 2.

For the reasons mentioned in the application and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is directed that the concerned SHO will ensure that in case, a complaint is made by the petitioner herein, the same will be dealt with, as per law, as directed in order dated 07.11.2025.
