% 01.05.2018 It is stated that refund order has been passed. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition, provided the refund is paid.

We accordingly direct that if refund is not paid within fifteen days, the petitioner would be entitled to ask for revival of the writ petition, and in that event, costs could be imposed on the respondents. In case interest is denied, in full or in part, the respondents would pass a speaking order and communicate the same within fifteen days. If aggrieved, the petitioner would be entitled to challenge the order denying interest.
