The present petition is filed seeking parole for a period of one month on the ground that the petitioner wants to file a petition before the Hon'ble Apex Court challenging his conviction.

At the outset, it is pointed out that the application seeking parole was recently filed on 23.10.2025 and the petitioner's previous petition [that is, W.P.(CRL) 3516/2025] seeking parole The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. was dismissed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on 30.10.2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioner asserts that parole was sought vide the previous petition on the ground of the wedding of the petitioner's cousin.

Even so, in the present case, not much period has elapsed since filing of the application. In the opinion of this Court, the concerned authorities have to be allowed reasonable time to enable them to consider the application of parole and to pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.

Therefore, no orders can be passed at this stage. The authorities are however directed to pass an appropriate order without much delay in accordance with the applicable rules. 6.
