O R D E R

% 01.05.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that refund order has been passed, but interest has not been paid. Learned counsel for the respondents states that the question of interest is being examined and an order would be passed and communicated to the petitioner within fifteen days. Refund, in terms of the refund order, would also be paid within fifteen days. Order on the interest would also be communicated within fifteen days and if interest is payable, the same would be paid within fifteen days of the passing of the said order. Recording the above, the writ petition is disposed of, with liberty to revive the writ petition, in case refund is not paid within fifteen days or order on interest is not passed or paid within fifteen days, in which event the Court would examine whether costs should be imposed. No costs.
