The Petitioner is a life convict in FIR No. 248/2010, registered at P.S. Dhaula Kuan, under Sections 506/365/376(2)(g) of Indian Penal Code, 1860 read with Sections 25/27/54/59 of Arms Act, 1959, who has applied for parole by submitting application on 17th October, 2025, which is pending consideration.

Thus, without going into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the State to decide the Petitioner's application within two weeks from today. All rights and contentions of the parties are left open.
