Mr. Bharat Kwatra, sole proprietor of defendant No.2 is present in Court and he has produced the Power of Attorney of defendant No.1 which is taken on record.

The parties have amicably settled their disputes through mediation. The terms of the settlement are recorded in the settlement agreement dated 07th September, 2018.

The suit is decreed in respect of prayer 43(a) to (d) in terms of the settlement agreement dated 07th September, 2018. Both the parties have undertaken in the settlement agreement to abide by the settlement agreement. The undertaking of the parties is accepted. 4.

Learned counsel for the plaintiffs seeks refund of the Court fees as the suit has been resolved through mediation. Since the dispute has been resolved through mediation, the registry is directed to issue a necessary certificate for refund of the Court fees under Section 16 of the Court Fees

Act to the plaintiff.

Pending application is disposed of.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
