O R D E R

% 20.03.2018 The petitioner is seeking quashing of the present FIR i.e. FIR No.0674/2015 registered under Sections 380/406/448/506 of the IPC at Police Station Punjabi Bagh on the complaint of the complainant. The complainant Mukesh Gupta is present in person. His presence has been identified by the Investigating Officer as also by his counsel. The FIR had emanated largely on the basis of a landlord-tenant relationship between the parties. The tenant who is respondent No. 2 has since vacated the premises. Parties shall be bound by the terms and conditions contained in the settlement agreement dated 15.03.2018 which is marked as Ex.P-1. In terms of the aforenoted settlement, this is a fit case where the prayer made in the petition be

granted.

Noting the above narration of facts, to secure the ends of justice FIR No.0674/2015 registered under Sections 380/406/448/506 of the IPC at Police Station Punjabi Bagh and all proceedings emanating thereto are quashed.

Petition disposed of in the above terms.
