% 24.11.2016 The report dated 3rd October, 2016 of District and Sessions Judge (South) has been perused. The learned counsel on both sides now agree that the jurisdiction to try this case would vest in District Court of New Delhi District and not District Court of South district to whom the case was earlier transferred. The earlier order is thus modified. The case is transferred to the Court of District Judge, New Delhi at Patiala House complex for further proceedings in accordance with law. The parties are directed to appear before the transferee court on 12th December, 2016 for further proceedings. The District Judge, New Delhi may in his discretion keep the case on his Board or make it over to any Additional District Judge under his control. The Registry shall take timely steps to ensure that the file reaches the transferee court well in time.
