CM Appl. No. 6007/2016 This is an application under Section 151 CPC filed on behalf of the petitioner for taking the settlement agreement dated 15.10.2015 and 07.10.2015 on record arrived at between petitioners and respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and disposing of the present petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has been settled and settlement agreement dated 15.10.2015 and 07.10.2015 have been executed between petitioners and respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that respondent No.3 has no objection if the application is allowed. In view of the submissions made by counsel for the parties and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed and settlement agreement dated 15.10.2015 and 07.10.2015 are taken on record.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. CM Appl. No. 15462/2016 This is an application under Section 151 CPC filed on behalf of petitioners for taking settlement agreement dated 05.04.2016 on record and disposing of the instant petition. Learned counsel for the parties submits that the matter has been settled and a settlement agreement dated 05.04.2016 has been executed between petitioners and respondents. In view of the submission made by counsel for the parties and for reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. W.P.(C) 3177/2014 & CM Appl. Nos. 6616/2014, 2197/2015, 3475/2015 & 10628/2015 Learned counsel for the parties submit that they have settled the matter and settlement agreement dated 05.04.2016, 15.10.2015 and 07.10.2015 have been executed in this regard. Learned counsel for the parties also submits that petitioners have paid the amount in terms of the settlement arrived at between them.

In view of the submission made by counsel for the parties and

applications bearing CM Nos. 6007/2016 and 15462/2016 for disposal of the present petition, the petition as well as the applications stand disposed of.
