This is an application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (old Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., 1973) seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 476/2023, under Sections 498A/304B/34 of the IPC, registered at P.S. Jyoti Nagar.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that there are certain conversations which were recorded in the mobile phone of the applicant which were initially seized by the Investigating Officer, however, the conversations were found on the said phone when it was handed back to the family members of the applicant.
