In the present case, the FIR has been filed under Section 302 of IPC. 2.

The petitioner is in custody for the last 4 years 7 months 23 days. 3.

Mr. Singh, learned APP states that the entire prosecution evidence is over and now the matter is listed for statement of the accused and defence evidence.

It is expected that the learned Sessions Court will conclude the case as expeditiously as possible.

In case the case is not concluded within 6 months from today, the petitioner will be at liberty to file a fresh bail application upon all grounds including delay as well.

With these observations the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
