The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner at this stage, does not press the present application, since out of 37 witnesses, 32 already stand examined. It is further stated that the case is listed today for recording of evidence before the learned Trial Court.

In these circumstances, it is ordered that the learned Trial Court will make an every endeavour to conclude the trial in this case within a period of five months from date.
