The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 69/2024 of PS Crime Branch for offence under Section 21/29/31A NDPS Act and 201 IPC.
1.1 This bail application came up for the first hearing on 02.12.2024 before the predecessor bench and thereafter continued getting adjourned before different benches. Along with 179 such old pending bail applications, this application also was transferred to this bench. 1.2 Today is the first hearing before me.

Learned prosecutor assisted by IO/SI Pramod has addressed at length that role attributed to the accused/applicant is as supplier of Heroin and commercial quantity (305 grams Heroin) was recovered from the accused first arrested, and thereafter, a number of other recoveries of Heroin were The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. made from other co-accused persons. It is also submitted by learned APP that the accused/applicant is involved in 7 more cases under NDPS Act, spanning across the period from the year 1997 till 2023. 3.
Learned counsel for accused/applicant submits that he has instructions to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court after examination of the witnesses of recovery of contraband. 4.
As requested, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
