% 22.11.2016 In spite the matter being called out, no one has appeared for the plaintiff. The learned counsel appearing for the defendant agrees with the report of the District & Sessions Judge, (East), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi that the matter pertains to the jurisdiction of the Shahdara District at Karkardooma Courts.

In this view, the earlier order of transfer is modified and the case is transferred to the file of District Judge, Shahdara at Karkardooma Courts where the parties are directed to appear for further proceedings in accordance with law on 15.12.2016.

The learned District Judge, Shahdara may, in his discretion, keep the file on his board or allocate to any District Judge under his control. The registry shall send the file well in time. R.K.GAUBA, J.
