% 27.05.2016 Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have filed SLP(C) 9019-9021/2015 and 26518-26522/2015 against the order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) 1204/2014 and similar other matters in which the Supreme Court has stayed the order of this Court. It is further submitted that notwithstanding the stay of the order of this Court by the Supreme Court, the respondents have issued a show cause notice dated 27th January, 2015 to the petitioner.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition which is hereby disposed of.
