This writ petition has been preferred on behalf of the Petitioner for a direction to Respondent/University for grant of Extraordinary Leave ('EOL') to the Petitioner for the period of 20.12.2024 to 20.12.2026 in accordance with the University's Ordinance for pursuing the course of Senior Statistician (Crops, Livestock and Food Statistics) with the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the University, who had taken time to revert with instructions, fairly and candidly submits that the relief has been granted to the Petitioner and EOL has been sanctioned. It is also submitted that a formal order granting EOL for the period sought has been issued. 3.

In view of this, Mr. Chimni does not press this writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed.
