The applicants seek regular bail in case arising out of FIR No. 505/2024 dated 18.10.2024, registered at P.S. Prashant Vihar, for commission of offences under Sections 309(6)/310(2)/311/3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 (corresponding Sections 394/395/397/34 IPC). 2.
The Court has gone through the allegations made in the FIR. 3.
During course of the investigation, looted cash amount was also recovered and the concerned accused persons were also identified in judicial TIP.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for applicants, without prejudice to their rights and contentions, seek to withdraw the present applications with liberty to file it afresh at a subsequent stage, once the complainant is examined. They, however, at the same time also submit that the charges have yet not been ascertained and the learned Trial Court may be requested to ascertain the same.

The next date before the learned Trial Court is stated to be 11.05.2026. 6.
In view of the above, the present applications stand disposed of, as withdrawn.

All the rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. 8.
Liberty, as prayed, is granted.

Learned Trial Court is also requested to ascertain the charges, as expeditiously as possible, after giving due opportunity of hearing to both the sides.
