The present application is filed seeking interim bail in FIR No. 42/2018 dated 16.01.2018 for offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Uttam Nagar.

The status report indicates that even though the applicant's wife is suffering from Cyst L.M.P. and has been advised to undergo surgery, however, no date of surgery has been fixed as yet.

Thus, no orders for release of the applicant on interim bail can be passed at this stage.

The present application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

5.

The applicant is at liberty to file an application afresh after the date of surgery of his wife is fixed.
