653/2018 By this petition the petitioners seek ahticipatbry bail in case FIR 'No.316/2017 under Sections 498A/,506/34 IPC registered .at PS Sunlight Colony, New Delhi.

^ * The petitioners are the parents-in-law of the complainant. Learned APP for State on instructions from the Investigating Officer submits that till date no permission has been sought by the Investigation Officer for arrest of the petitioners from the competent authority. Thus the petitions are pre-mature.

Petitions are accordingly disposed of directing the Investigating Officer that in case an approval is sought and granted for the arrest of the petitioners, two weeks' notice prior to arrest will be issued to the petitioners. Order dasti.
