The present petition under Sections 10/11/12 read with Section 2(b) of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:
(a) Summon the contemnor before this Hon'ble Court and punish him appropriately for Contempt of Court committed by him, for willfully disobeying the Mediation Settlement Agreement dated 11.09.2024, executed at Mediation Centre, Saket Court, New Delhi, in Proceedings initiated u/s 138 NI Act in bearing CC No. 8630/2023, titled as Angela Suiting vs Ajay Kumar Dutt, pending in court of Sh. Komal, JMFC-08, Saket Court(South), Delhi, and in connected case CC No. 8561/2023, titled as Stephen Francis vs Ajay Kumar Dutt, pending before the court of Sh. Rishabh Tanwar, JMFC(NI Act), Saket Court(South). And/or;
(b) To Order the Respondent for prompt compliance of the above said Mediation Agreement dated 11.09.2024, executed at Mediation Centre, Saket Courts. And/or.
(c) Award cost of the proceedings to the Destitute Petitioners. (d) Pass any such order (s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in facts and circumstances of case and for justice."
