The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - "• Take cognizance of the matter and initiate contempt proceedings against the Respondent for willfully and intentionally disobeying the directions passed by the court of Sh. Amit Kumar, District And Sessions Judge-Cum-Presiding Officer, Appellate Tribunal, M.C.D., Delhi in Appeal No. 514/2024 vide order dated 14.10.2025.

• Direct the concerned person(s) to appear in person before this Hon'ble Court for non-compliance of the aforesaid directions. • Award costs of this Petition in favour of the Petitioner and against the contemnor • Pass such other or further orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice.

Learned counsel for the respondent/MCD, who appears on advance notice, on instructions of Mr. Bhaskar Seal, Assistant Commissioner, Rohini Zone, MCD, submits that order dated 14.10.2025 passed by learned ATMCD has been complied with and the subject property has been de-sealed. It is further submitted that necessary order and photographs have been sent to the petitioner.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition.
