"(a) initiated the Contempt proceedings against the contemners / respondents for willful disobedience of order dated 17.09.2019 passed by this Hon'ble Court in WP (Crl) No. 3015/2025; (b) pass such any further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
