O R D E R

% 11.02.2017 It is mutually agreed, the respondent- Insurance company shall pay to the appellants a sum of Rs.1,75,000/- over and above the impugned award by way of cheque, which shall be deposited with DHCLSC favouring the appellants in due proportion in terms of the award within 45 days, failing which it shall carry interest @ 12% p.a. The cheques so deposited, be handed over to the appellants on due verification. Appeal stands settled accordingly.
