% 22.03.2017 Learned counsel for the respondent No.3 submits that the electricity connection to the petitioner Society would be energised within the next three working days. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.3 submits that there is an apprehension of breach of peace at the time of installation of the electricity meter and a request has been issued to the SHO (respondent No.4) for providing necessary police protection.

The respondent No.4 is directed to afford necessary protection WP(C) 2092/2017

to the officers of the respondent No.3for the purpose of installation of the electricity connection.
