By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks setting aside of the impugned order dated 05.06.2025, passed by the learned JMFC-04, South East, Saket Courts, New Delhi in CR. Case No.1/2019, vide which NonBailable Warrants (NBWs) were directed to be issued against the present petitioner, after his application for exemption from personal appearance was declined.

Issue notice. The learned APP accepts notice on behalf of the State. 5.

medical record, which he had filed along with the exemption application. The learned counsel also states that the petitioner had been appearing before the learned Trial Court regularly.

This Court has heard arguments addressed on behalf of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State and has perused the material available on record. 7.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the impugned order dated 05.06.2025 is set aside. However, it is ordered that the petitioner will remain present before the learned Trial Court on every date of hearing and will not seek any unnecessary adjournments, so as to delay the trial.

With these directions, the petition stands disposed of. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of. 9.
