This is an application under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ('CPC') for recording of compromise between the appellant and respondent no. 2.

It is stated that the appellant and respondent no. 2 have resolved their disputes and have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 20th March, 2025, which is filed as Document-1, with the present application. 3.

I have gone through the terms of the settlement and do not find anything unlawful therein. In terms of the settlement, the parties have agreed to withdraw the cross suits and petitions filed against each other. The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the appellant and respondent no. 2, counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw the present appeal.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn and accordingly disposed of. 8.
