Only Ms. Shobhana Takiar, Advocate appears. She states that she was the Advocate for the respondent no.6 Smt. Meeta Arora who is not in touch with her for the last over two years.

In this Testamentary case, the orders dated 8th September, 2016 and 8th December, 2016 record that the parties were before the Mediation Cell of the Rohini District Courts and there was every likelihood of settlement. Thereafter the order dated 28th February, 2017 records that the matter had been settled but had not been recorded till then. Thereafter the order dated 18th May, 2017 records the statement of the counsel for the petitioner of the matter having been settled. To the same effect is the order dated 24th July, 2017.
