(erstwhile Section 397 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, for setting aside the Order dated 08.08.2025 of learned JMFC, Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, Tis Hazari Courts, New Delhi in CC No. 1057/2021.
