The application seeking recalling of the order dated 21.11.2025 has been filed, inter-alia, alleging that many of the contentions, which the applicant-appellant had raised, have not been recorded and dealt with. 2.
We would like to place on record that the said order dated 21.11.2025 was dictated in the Court, in front of the learned counsel for the applicantappellant, Dr. Vikas Kumar and learned counsel for the Respondents, Mr. Chetan Sharma, ASG and Mr. Adarsh Tripathi.

Not only this, having completed the dictation, the Court had asked him as to whether any of his contentions has not been dealt with! We are constrained to observe that application in hand, which contains unwarranted and uncalled for averments is nothing short of abuse of the process of law.

That apart, in view of Para No. 51 of the subject order dated 21.11.2025, none of his application or writ petition could have been listed before the Court for consideration.

Registrar (Listing) is directed to furnish his explanation as to why this application has been listed before the Court, in spite of clear stipulation in Para No. 51 of the order.

The report with explanation be placed before us in Chambers. 8.
Application is dismissed, however, without any cost.
