Mediation has failed, however, during the course of arguments it emerged that the amount awarded to the decree holder even if up-to-date interest is factored in is less than Rs.2 crores. 2.

In these circumstances, counsel for decree holder seeks leave to withdraw the captioned petition and present it before the concerned Court. 3.

Leave in that behalf is granted.
