This matter is taken up today as 25th November, 2025 was declared a holiday on account of the 350th anniversary of „Guru Teg Bahadur‟s Martyrdom Day‟.

By the Impugned Order, the Interlocutory Applications No. 31220/2024 and 5759/2025 filed by the Appellants have been disposed of as infructuous without making any observations on the merits of the applications filed by the Appellants. 4.

Learned counsel for the Appellants submits that he seeks a clarification from this Bench.

The Appeal, however, is not maintainable for the purpose of seeking clarification.
