% 25.09.2017 Both parties submit that the matter has been settled and petitioner has received its dues from the respondent company. The petitioner is no longer interested to pursue the matter. Learned counsel for the Official Liquidator has moved OLR No.245/2017 wherein he says that an amount of `13,85,705/- is pending towards the expenses of the Official Liquidator. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that respondent company shall reimburse such amount within four weeks from today. The said amount be deposited by the respondent company with the office of Official Liquidator within four weeks from today. On receipt of such amount, the Official Liquidator shall de-seal and release the properties of the respondent company within two weeks

thereafter.

Accordingly, the petition, pending application(s) and reports stands disposed of.
