Though only CM APPL. 27629/2026 (for early hearing) is listed today, with the consent of learned counsel representing the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the appeal/representation preferred by the Petitioner seeking recategorization of his medical category has not been decided by the competent authority for the last about one (01) year. 3.

Major Anish Muralidhar, appearing on behalf of the Respondents, submits that a decision has already been taken by the competent authority and the same shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of 15 days. It is made clear that in the event the Petitioner remains aggrieved by the said decision, he shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
