Ms. Shiva Lakshmi, learned counsel for the respondents, submits that certain information has been sought from the petitioner with respect to SRN F92550169. Reference: Claim Filed Vide SRN F92550169 dated 22/02/2024 Sir/Madam, In terms of rule 7(2) of Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as "the said rules"), the claimant is required to send documents with respect to his claim to the concerned company/bank for verification. 1.As per rule 7(3) of said rules the concerned company/bank is required to submit its verification report along with documents submitted by the claimant to IEPF Authority within 30 days from the date of receipt of claim. In case, any discrepancy is found in claim documents, the same is being communicated to the claimants through the concerned company/bank.

However, IEPF Authority has not received any documents and verification report from the concerned company/bank with respect to claim filed by you even after expiry of 60 days from the date of re-submission of claim. 2.In case, no response is received from the company/bank within 15 days from the date of this notice, your claim will be rejected in terms of rule 7(7) of the IEPFA rules 2016. In such case, you may file afresh if so desires."

3. In view of the aforesaid, nothing more remains to be adjudicated. Let the petitioner to take appropriate steps, if he so desires, in compliance with the aforenoted communication.
