% 01.05.2017 CM Appl. 16354/2017 in Cont.Cas(C) 387/2016 Present application has been filed by TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited in a disposed of contempt petition stating that there was a short deposit of Rs.56,050/- in MAC Appeal No.82/2014. Since the contempt petition has already been disposed of, this Court directs that TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited to deposit the cheque for short deposit of Rs.56,050/- in MAC Appeal No.82/2014.
