% 10.11.2025 1.

The limited grievance raised in this petition is that the prayer for release of family pension, gratuity and compassionate appointment, made on 14.05.2025 has not been considered by the respondents till date. 2.

The brief facts are that the husband (for short 'the deceased') of the petitioner no.1 was working as Lecturer (Mechanical Engineering) on a contractual basis since 2011 with respondent no.1. The deceased died on 06.04.2025 leaving in harness the widow and a minor son. 3.

The petitioner no.1 by application dated 14.05.2025 made prayer for compassionate appointment and for release of family pension. The contention is that till date the application has not been decided. 4.
