% 02.06.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the documents are ready for being submitted before the NDMC for verification. Let the petitioners appear before the Director (Enforcement), NDMC on 06th June, 2016 at 11:00 a.m., whereupon a competent officer shall commence the verification process.

Upon completion of the formalities, the Director (Enforcement), NDMC shall hand over 21 tehbazari sites in terms of order dated 08th October, 2015 to the petitioners.

List for reporting compliance on 11th August, 2016. Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
