This application has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:- "A) To direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 22.12.25 and schedule the interview with Air officer incharge Personnel at the earliest."

Mr. R. Krishnaamorthi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would draw our attention to page no. 22 of the application to contend that the respondents have in their communication dated 29.12.2025 has stated as under:- "INTERVIEW WITH AOP: OFFICER

1. Reference is made to your personal application dated 03 Nov 25, 29 Dec 25 and last telecon on the subject with regards to an interview with AOP.

Your request has been considered by appropriate autority and AOP has granted audience post completion of your leave.

3. For your information, please."

He states that it is pursuant to the stand taken by the respondents that he has filed this application seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation and schedule an interview with the concerned officer at the earliest.

Mr. Vijay Joshi, learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions from the Officer, who is present in the Court states that as the petitioner is required to join her place of posting tomorrow, on her joining the place of posting, the date for interview shall be scheduled. 7.

On this, Mr. Krishnaamorthi states that the petitioner shall join her place of posting tomorrow i.e., 16.01.2026.

If that be so, it is expected that the respondents, on the petitioner joining her place of posting tomorrow, shall schedule the interview by informing the date to the petitioner.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in the present petition, the same is accordingly disposed of.
