This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner with the following prayers:- "1. Allow the present application and rectify the inadvertent typographical and clerical errors in paragraphs 11, 12, 23, 24, 32, 35 and 36 of the order dated 19.11.2025 passed in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 17000 of 2025. by deleting/modifying the as follwing:

(a) The Petitioner had submitted two replies vide dated 24.03.2025 and 30.07.2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 29/12/2025 at 11:45:19

respectively. Whereas. Reply dated 24.03.2025 was not considered by the Respondent No. 1;

and (b) The Counsel for the Respondent has admitted that the Respondent is not relying upon the statements of witnesses in the case of the Petitioner and therefore, if the Respondent has only one excel sheet which he is using against the Petitioner.

(c) Further, the Counsel for the Respondent had clarified it on being asked by the Hon'ble Court that "he is not sure whether, there is one Shyam Sundar and more in associated with the VMPL.

2. Kindly direct the adjudicating Authority to pass a reasoned order after considering the questions and raised before this Hon'ble Court and submissions placed before the adjudicating Authority;"

After making some submissions, Mr. Nitin Kanwar, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present application. 3.

The application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. V.
