% 05.02.2019 Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, we direct the parties to bring their respective offers for sale of the suit property on the next date of hearing, as appellants submit that respondent no.1 is in the possession of the second floor of the suit property and he is not allowing the property to be sold.

Counsel for respondent no.1 per contra submits that the appellants are, in fact not co-operating.

Parties are directed to remain present in the court on the next date of hearing.
