% 12.01.2026 At the outset, Mr. Kshitiz Garg, learned counsel appearing for Mr. Amol Sinha, learned Additional Standing Counsel (Criminal) for the State informs the court that instead of being granted parole, to which the petitioner was not entitled, vide order dated 07.11.2025, the jail authorities have granted to him the 1st spell of furlough for 03 weeks subject to certain conditions.
On being queried, Mr. Garg explains that though the 1st spell of furlough was granted vide order dated 07.11.2025, the petitioner was unable to avail it since he was unable comply with the conditions. Subsequently however, the conditions were modified vide order dated 10.12.2025, W.P.(CRL) 3665/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. dispensing with the requirement of surety and accepting from the petitioner only a personal bond for Rs. 10,000/-.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed-of as satisfied. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed-of.
