By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the Jail Superintendent of Central Jail No. 15, Mandoli, to continue lodging the petitioner in Central Jail No. 15, and further seeks restrain on the DG (Prisons), Tihar, from transferring him to Central Jail No. 2, Tihar. 2.
Learned ASC for the State submits that prior to the filing of the present writ petition, the petitioner had already approached the learned district Court with identical relief in FIR No. 401/2019, PS Narela. It is informed that the learned ASJ, vide order dated 07.11.2025, after considering the reply submitted by the Jail Superintendent, disposed of the application without granting any blanket order, while directing that in the event of any proposed transfer, the petitioner shall be given a prior notice of 15 days to enable him to make a representation, which shall be duly considered by the jail authorities.

a similar application before the learned ASJ, this Court is of the considered view that such suppression of material facts disentitles the petitioner form invoking the extraordinary writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

In view of the above, the writ petition, along with pending application(s), if any, stands dismissed.
