In view of the directions passed by this Court on the last date of hearing as to a written document without a typed copy being taken on record, the Registry has reported that the said document was taken on record only on an undertaking by the petitioner that the same would not be relied upon during the course of the hearing. The Registry, thereafter, believed the aforesaid undertaking and listed the matter before the Court. 2.

The explanation of the Registry is accepted. The Registry is, however, directed not to accept any oral undertaking, unless the same is furnished in writing.

The instant petition is, therefore, dismissed on the aforesaid count i.e. the non-filing of legible and hand written annexures along with the typed copies.
