It is informed that the petitioner is in custody since 18.04.2012. Out of 35 witnesses only 19 prosecution witnesses have been examined so far.

Since the petitioner is in custody since long, Trial Court shall expedite the trial. It shall endeavour to dispose of the matter as early as possible preferably within a year.

In view of above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the bail application with liberty to approach the court at appropriate time.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.
