The above said application has been filed by the petitioner seeking withdrawal of the present writ petition. It is submitted therein that the concerned owner/builder has already approached the petitioner and has given him assurance that he would remove the construction material which was creating some obstruction with respect to parking of vehicles.

Since the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing with the present petition, the application is allowed and, resultantly, the writ petition is also disposed of as not pressed.
